Before You Begin

This submission form is long and cannot be saved and resumed later. Once you start, you'll need to finish in one sitting. Please set aside at least 15 minutes of uninterrupted time.

Prepare in advance. We strongly recommend downloading and filling out our Submissions Guide fillable PDF first, then using it to copy and paste your answers into this form. This is the single best way to avoid errors and missing information. If you do not already have it, please download using the green button below.

You will need to have the following ready:

• City/chapter and competition information

• Participating team details: team captain name, firm name, and email for each team

• Winner information (all award categories)

• Donation totals: cash, cans, and food (in pounds, not can count)

• One photo per winning structure — JPG, JPEG, or PNG only (HEIC will not be accepted)

• Your donation letter

• A link to all competition photos

• Your signed photography release

Every field on this form is required. Incomplete submissions or files in the wrong format will need to be corrected and resubmitted, which delays your results being included in judging.
