Carrie L. Kirk Upon graduating with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tulsa, Carrie L. Kirk quickly became a partner with a majority interest in CFC Recovery Systems, Inc., a refrigerant recycling company located in Marietta, Georgia. She served as the Chief Executive Officer and as a corporate officer on the Board of Directors. Carrie went on to become a founder of one of the first tower companies formed in the United States and served as the President. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, TowerCom was founded in 1997, to own and operate communication towers within twenty states utilized by broadcast and telecommunications service providers. TowerCom divested a majority of its assets in December 2003. |

In 2004, Carrie founded Southeast Towers, LLC where she served as the President and an Executive Board Member. The company was founded to own and operate telecommunication towers located in the Southeast region of the United States. Southeast Towers was one of the largest, privately-held tower development companies in the country. In July 2007, Southeast Towers was sold to publicly traded, Och-Ziff Capital Management's portfolio company. Carrie is currently the founder and President of TCD Services LLC based in Atlanta, Georgia. The company offers turnkey infrastructure development services for the wireless telecom industry. TCD Services LLC is a certified Women's Business Enterprise and Minority Business Enterprise company. In 2009, Carrie was inducted into the University of Tulsa, College of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Hall of Fame for outstanding leadership and significant advancement in science and engineering.
